  1. The case

The patient came to Santos Dental with tooth wear from erosion and attrition: the teeth had lost structure and the surfaces were irregular, affecting both chewing function and the appearance of their smile.

  2. What we did

To restore the teeth without reducing them — respecting the patient’s wish to keep as much tooth structure as possible — the plan was a rehabilitation with injected and stamped composite. The technique rebuilds the shape and contour of the teeth additively, with no need to prepare them.

  3. Outcome

A restored smile, with the teeth rebuilt in shape and function. Because flowable composite is used, this is a long-term provisional solution, and the patient understands that a more definitive restoration may be needed in the future.
